Originally started in 2007 and designed to accommodate six 4 unit buildings & one duplex. The four units building have two story units in the center and a one floor unit on each end. The two story units have 2 bedrooms with 2 baths & loft upstairs, Great room, Kitchen and ½ bath on main floor, full 9’ deep basement for expansion (has egress window), and a 2 car garage. The ranch units have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Great room, Kitchen on main floor, full 9’ deep basement for expansion, and a 2 car garage. The ranch units sold in 2007 & 2009 and the developer owns both 2 two story units with one rented out long term.

After market feedback the developer decided, in 2009 to redesign this development for duplex building homes. There also is an option to build single free standing Homes. He then built a second building, a duplex with a 2 bed room ranch with 9’ basement  & 3 car garage and a two story with master bedroom suite on 1st floor, Great Room, Kitchen, ½ bath, and 2 bedrooms with 2 bath rooms & loft up stairs, includes a 2 car garage, these units sold in 2008 & 2009.

This development is projected to have 6 more duplex Homes with ranch or two story lay outs.  A design that allows either a ranch or two stories with in the same foot print width was created. The developer also has a ranch design to accommodate wheel chair accessibility, partial basement, all with in-floor heating.

The developer installed a duplex basement for the next building but, has not moved forward to construct the shell or finish building.
