Creating a Page:
Go to your Dashboard. Expand “Pages”. “Add New”.
Enter page title (Enter page title here)
Add your content in the large content box
Publish (blue button on the right-hand side of the page.
Adding an Image to Your Page
Put your cursor where you’d like to insert the image. Click “Add Media” (see it, right below the title of your page?)
Select your image, insert into page. Once it’s in your page, to set the alignment, or make it smaller, click once on the image and click on the little blue box that appears (edit image).
Adding a Blog
Go to your Dashboard. Expand “Pages”. “Add New”.
Enter page title (Enter page title here)
Add your content in the large content box
Publish (blue button on the right-hand side of the page.
Sidebars:
Sidebars are “Widgets”. Appearance/Widgets. You need to use HTML in these boxes.
Navigation:
Go to Appearance / Menus
Drag and drop your menu items (on the right) to move them around.
If you want a “sub-menu” (one item to fall under the next), simply indent it (drag it in).
Adding Images to the Slider
Size your photo for the slider.
Upload to the Library (Media / Add new)
Go to your homepage
Click Edit
Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see: Select Media
Click the photo you’d like to add.
To chance the order of your photos, drag and drop.
